    Hi Dancer 

    Please select Settings, Music Library, Rebuild Index to delete the existing Library and recreate it form new. Once completed and the LED is blue again, select Settings, Music Library, Reload Artwork. If the problem persists please select Help, Send Support Request and we can look at the log file.

    As for Autofill...

    Autofill enabled means you tap a song and it start playing and appear at the bottom of the play queue and populate the queue with the remaining songs in the album or playlist. Autofill disabled, it won't populate the queue; https://support1.bluesound.com/hc/en-us/articles/216863587

    Hi, no good, i have followed your instructions, however there is no "Reload Artwork" prompt showing to click on?

     Ooops - this is what happens when you do it from Memory... Reload Album Artwork is in the root menu Settings, not in the sub menu Music Library. (Settings, Reload Artwork). If problems persist, select Help, Send Support Request so we may see your log file.
