    Hi Briggitte

    Your files are fine. It's not software decoding, its a pairing issue with your SUB. Can you please select Help, Send Support Request from the player that the RT100 is connected to. We would like to see the log file please and will reach out to you that way.

    Hi Tony,

    Thx for your answer. The sub is currently connected with the Pulse2i. The same problem exists when connecting it to the Pulse2i mini. I don't understand, what do you mean with "send support request from the player that the RT100 is connected to. How do I create a log file? Can you give me please an example how to manage?

    In the BluOS App, select Help, Send Support Request from the Navigation Drawer (left side drawer where you select your musical sources). Please fill in the online form and submit it. This will send our Support Crew a log file of your Player and we will be in touch.
