    Hi Kim

    We will be in touch, but it may be faster to just plug the PULSE MINI into the router directly using a network cable. It should then appear in the App where you can select Settings, Player, Wifi and update the wifi settings.

    I'm having this same problem. I have reset the pulse mini.  When I try to add the player in the app, it can't be found, but I can see it in my phone's wifi and bluetooth menus.

    Temporary move the Mini and use use an Ethernet cable to connect it directly to your router. You will then be able to set it up. Once done you can then use the BluOS App… Settings…Player..Wi-Fi and enter the credentials manually, save then (without physically moving or taking away the power) unplug the Ethernet lead and your Mini should be connected to Wi-Fi and able to play music.
