My Pulse Mini 2i is active on my home wifi network, but cannot see the internet. Upgrading the firmware failed repeatedly, and I cannot set up my Tidal or Amazon Prime accounts due to communication errors.
The network is based on Verizon's newer "Quantum Gateway" router, offering the two-band wifi with a bridged mode on by default. I've looked into the BluOS KB and the article there on disabling such a setup (IGMP) in the older, Actiontec routers, but the Quantum Gateway's admin screens are pretty different and I haven't found a way to control the IGMP (if that's even being used on this box).
How can I get the Mini 2i, or my wifi network, configured so I can use this speaker the way it's meant to be used?
Also, I did open a support request directly from my BluOS app, 4 days ago. How long does it normally take to get an acknowledgement back from Bluesound, for support?
