    Hi Hoare

    We have seen issues with a Google Mesh network. Until a recent firmware update on their system, Google Mesh had a number of problems with Multicast systems and was not enabled by default. 

    Please ensure your Mesh has Multicast enabled. If problems persists, then please select Help, Send Support Request in one of the other working players to send us your contact info and we will be in touch.
