I have the samt issue. Suddenly this morning my Pulse Flex seemed to have lost connection to my home wifi and now I cannot get it to reconnect. Been working on it for a couple of hours, googling around and reading support tips.

What can be done about this?

I also have the same experience as you Thomas. There are little things almost every week that needs fixing. I just want to come home and start my music in the kitchen, or in my livingroom and I don't want to work with adjustments for an hour to get the equipment to work, and the equipment wasn't cheap

The sound is excellent though, as many before me have stated.

The speaker has suddenly ‘turned up’ on the app. Highly frustrating.

And since my first post I have started to use the speakers with the sound bar with movies and both the flex’s crackle when someone in the movie speaks.

    Same frustrations here.

    - Speakers don't appear in app.

    - Groups made before are disappeared

    - Personal settings are disappeared in BluOS app.

    Hi Martijn

Speakers not appearing in the app are always network related. Please see www.bluesound.com/network101 for tips. If you are still having issues, please send us details at support@bluesound.com including the make and model of your router and any other additional network hardware you might have and we will help troubelshoot.
