This post in borne out of frustration.
I'm continually disappointed with the speakers and a part of me wishes I'd gone for Sonos. I bought 3 flex & a sound bar for about £2000, no small sum, and I've had issues from day 1. Problems such as not updating, therefore not playing, getting 'stuck' in an update for days, the speakers crackling and needing replacements, speakers not appearing on the app to play music etc
The latest in this long line of defects is the speakers now won't show up on my WiFi (I've changed my WiFi provider so need to reconnect the speakers). I've tried moving, switching off and on, re-downloading the app and none of it works. I don't know what to try next.
I'm tired of constantly having to fix little issues. I just want a system which works. I wouldn't recommend Bluesound to anyone, the 'better music quality' makes absolutely no difference to the layman who just wants to play from Spotify. In fact I'd actively encourage people to go for Sonos.
