    Me too. It a Blusound think. Slow on tidal, and Deezer yet when using native apps from these providers, its fast.

    Very annoying.

    So do I. I have contacted the support several times, the problem could NOT be solved. The problem occurs with all music sources. So clearly not a problem from the ISP because of DNS servers etc.

    Please try changing your DNS to 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 and reboot your network router to flush the DNS Cache on it. If the problem persists, please send our Support Crew an updated log file.

    My problem is solved. The installation of BluOS 3.6.3 did the trick.
