    I'm sorry to hear you're having issues controlling volume with Spotify Connect. Can you please open the BluOS App and go to Help --> Send Support Request. Please fill out the form and a diagnostic log will be sent along with your support request.

    This diagnostic log should help identify your issue and one of our technicians will be able to help you directly.
