    I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the Play Queue. Can you please send us a diagnostic log by going to Help --> Send Support Request in the BluOS App.

    This will provide us with some preliminary information about your issue in order to help address it quickly. Once we receive this, one of our technicians will review the information and we can assist you from there.

    Hi Bluesound,

    An additional issue is that when you 'hide' the 3.X.X is that you can't get the window back. Plus that 'Hide' it doesn't 'hide' the app itself, just removes the window. Would be great to get the shortcuts spelled out in the app as well. I know that some of the old shortcuts have been introduced, but only an old Bluesound user would know about them, or at least remember some of them.
