    Thanks for your patience. Unfortunately the decision to remove Play From Phone was not entirely ours. The ability for our system to read and access files on your mobile device is under the guidelines of the mobile operating systems is seen as a security violation and perceived as we are, for lack of better term, 'hacking' your phone to access it. Even though you have to enable it in our App it still was seen as a security violation.

    As a result we have been asked to remove it in order to keep your phone or tablet secure. You are correct that Bluetooth is an alternative, but it isn't the only one. You can also download that music (as a backup to your phone) to a USB port and use that USB drive as a way to connect to your players. Our Support Crew will be happy to assist with these alternatives.
