Powernode2 driving B&W 683 s2

    I do not have exactly the same speakers - I have B&W 686 S2 - and I do not have any problems. So for these particular B&W speakers the power from the Powernode2 is sufficient.

    Those speakers need at least 200 watts to be sound as good as they are intended. Some would argue 300 watts. The power node 2 only delivers 60 watts per channel. Sure, you will get sound, but it will NOT sound anywhere near what it could and should sound like. Your local hifi dealer is right.
