    Hi Chuck

    Please use the Setup Menu of the NAD M12 and factory reset your BluOS MDC. Then Factory reset your NAD M12.

    Once completed, please set up your NAD M12 and BluOS MDC one last time. 

    If tis does not resolve the issue, please e-mail us at support@bluos.net and we will have a Support Crew Member contact you to resolve the issue once and for all.
