NAD M12 BluOS 2 not saving network login after standby.
AnsweredI have the NAD MDC BluOS 2 card added to my NAD M12 preamp. Each time I shut down down the preamp into standby and turn it back on I have to reconfigure the wifi settings for the BluOS to connect to my network. Additionally I had to add a wifi extender to my network that is only approx 5 feet away from the BluOS to get a connection. All my other devices (BR Player, TV, SONOS Connect) in the same location have no issues with signal strength and connections to my wifi router. I do have the USB extension attached to the BluOS card with the wifi dongle.
NAD M12 Firmware:
MCU v2.58
LCD v1.10
Audio v1.22
USB v2.1
BluOS 2 Firmware
2.18.2

Hi Chuck
Please use the Setup Menu of the NAD M12 and factory reset your BluOS MDC. Then Factory reset your NAD M12.
Once completed, please set up your NAD M12 and BluOS MDC one last time.
If tis does not resolve the issue, please e-mail us at support@bluos.net and we will have a Support Crew Member contact you to resolve the issue once and for all.
Thanks for your patience.

I have a brand new NAD C700. Each time I shut down down the preamp into standby and turn it back on I have to reconfigure the wifi settings for the BluOS to connect to my network. All my other devices (BR Player, TV, SONOS Connect) in the same location have no issues with signal strength and connections to my wifi router. This seems to be a common issue with the M10 as well. Do I have to leave the C700 on all of the time, since every time I set it to Standby it loses the wifi connection?

Hi Dspear - I'd escalate you to our Support Crew to resolve this issue but looks like you already have a case open - they will be in touch on how to resolve this long term
