    Hello Benjamin,

    Would you please send us a diagnostics logs from your players so that we can look further into this situation for you. 

     

    The Log from your Player can be sent using the "Send Support Request" option past the "Help" option in the mobile BluOS Controller application via the Navigation Drawer on the left side of the app. The log will be included automatically with this request.

    If you have multiple Bluesound Players please ensure you disband any groups you have created and send a request from each player. To do this you will need to select each player individually to send a log from that particular player.
