    Hello Rashad,

    I'm happy to hear you were able to prevent these dropouts by upgrading your home network. 

    However to help us look into these delays you are now experiencing, could you please send us a diagnostic log from your Node 2. You can send a diagnostic log by creating a support request through the BluOS apply going to Help > Send Support Request. Once the request has been sent, we will be able to go through your diagnostic log and see exactly what could be causing these delays when switching tracks.

    I'm sorry I do not have a more immediate solution for you but I hope to have a better understanding of this issue you are experiencing after viewing the diagnostic log.

    It seems to be fixed now. However, I have no idea what Bluesound did to fix it, if anything.
