    Now I have the same problem sice a coouple of days back. My Pulse Flex will not connect to wifi for some reason. I have followed the instructions but when I try to find the unit on wifi in i BlueOs app I cannot see it. It just doesnt turn up. This is really frustating.

    Please tell me what to do.

    Players not appearing on your network are caused by any number of factors in your networking environment. You can troubleshoot at www.bluesound.com/network101 and ensure your router has multicast enabled. If problems persist it is best to individually troubleshoot 1:1 with our support crew at support@bluesound.com
