My Pulse Flex lost its network connection over the weekend. It was unable to access my Tidal account or network library, before the player then completely dropped off and disappeared from the app.
I resulted in having to reset back to factory settings.
When trying to re-add the player using the app, I am able to get to the stage where the green LED flashes and is ready for adding. I connect to the network name via the iPhone Settings and begin the adding process on the BluOS. However, the app then appears to not see or recognise the player and I can get no further.
I have tried physically connecting via Ethernet to my router, but still the same problems persist.
The LEDs on the front of the player switch from steady blue to steady white, changing every few seconds.
Are you able to help advise on a solution?
I also have a Node which sits on the same wifi network and this device continues to function without a problem.
