    Hi Svante

    Does your AirTies mesh network use band steering? This means does the 2.4 and 5 Ghzs bands use the same SSID or Network Name? If so, this is pushing the PULSE FLEX to the 5G band which is not supported.

    You can also check and ensure you have enabled MultiCast support.

    AirTies uses mesh steering, which seems to work fine with the Powernode 2. Why will my Pulse Mini not show up on my phone after a factory reset?

    If the App is only showing 1 player and not both, please ensure your AirTies network system has multicast enabled. If problems persists, please select Help, Send Support Request in the App and our networking specialists can help.
