    Hi Tim,

This looks like to be an issue with the module. We would like to take a deeper look. Please send us a support request via support@bluesound.com or by going to Help > Send Support Request in the app.

    Thanks in advance,

    2 years later...

HI to the team, I 've got the same bad behaviour as Tim using MDC BluOS 2i with NAD C368 amp. I opened a ticket early last week but don't get any other suggestions yet than resetting both amp and module which I did with no result.

Were you able to fix Tim's issue?

I bought the C368 amp with the intention to stream music through network so my amp is useless (almost) as long as it is not fixed.

    Thanks in advance,

    Hi,

My issue was never resolved. The suggestion was to take the amp to a distributor to be evaluated. I have not done that because there is not a distributor close to me. I removed the board and it is sitting idle.

    Hi Kent,

Sorry for the delay, I have good news (or bad news) for you after deep investigation with Tony support on th phone who was able to take control of my amp remotely and check the log. Some wrong behaviours was misleading us to what it appeared like a software issue. At some point, Tony got in touch with experienced technical guys who were aware of this recurrent issue.and it turned out this is NOT a SOFTWARE problem, but a HARDWARE problem.

One useful advice to me was to bring my device to a authorized distributor (Tony could provide me an adress close to my place), the technician there was able to replace a very smal electronic wire mesh to connect the daughterboard slot to te mother board

Hope you have a distributor nearby.

    Kevin?
