    HI to the team, I 've got the same bad behaviour as Tim using MDC BluOS 2i with NAD C368 amp. I opened a ticket early last week but don't get any other suggestions yet than resetting both amp and module which I did with no result.

    Were you able to fix Tim's issue?

    I bought the C368 amp with the intention to stream music through network so my amp is useless (almost) as long as it is not fixed.

    Hi,

    My issue was never resolved. The suggestion was to take the amp to a distributor to be evaluated. I have not done that because there is not a distributor close to me. I removed the board and it is sitting idle.
