The MQA LED is not displayed in my BluOS WIN 10 controller - Win 10 PRO 1803, BluOS Controller 3.0.26 and BluOs 2.16.9. As far as I know, a green indicator aka LED indicates an MQA stream and a blue LED indicates an authenticated stream. I also thought it was mandatory for MQA.You can have a look at the Android version. There it is perfectly implemented.
By the way, it would be great if the original resolution of the MQA stream and the resolution of the playback stream could also be displayed. For example as 24/96 bit/kHz (both) or 24/384 bit/kHz and 24/192 bit/kHz. I know I can find that in the record, but it's very tedious.
