    I am having exactly this problem as well - upgrade and can’t connect.

    I have just purchased a NAD T758

    The Bluetooth is available however it will not connect through the BluOS app

    The WiFi does not appear in the WIFI-list on any device (Android, OIS or Windows)

     

    I consinder to return the NAD T758 and purchase an other brand of surround receiver.

    I found the firmware upgrade for the BluOS on NAD webpage. If your make a note on the BluOS webpage about other products it would be easier to find.
