    Hi, i have same problem. I just buy a new laptop (HP /win10) and bluOs controller can´t find player (Vault2).

    My old laptop was WIN7 computer and works well, but now its not working.

    My iPhone app is working well :)

    what were the findings? This was "escalated" 4.5 months ago. I just upgraded to the latest version of the controller and immediately following restart of the my laptop this issue has started and persisted.

    Hi, Finnish importer person help me already few months ago and after that Vault 2 works well. Solution was easy: restart Vault, computer and modem.

    A VAULT is one of our model names. Simply unplug your Bluesound Player (regardless of model) for 30 seconds then plug it back in. If the problem persists, please e-mail us at support@bluesound.com
