    Hi

I am having the same problem. My iPhone and one of my macs works fine, but one of the macs keeps 'looking for players'.

I have restartet my router and my Node - it didn't help. Please help.

Maybe of any help to anybody else, but I was suddenly facing the same problem:

    • Mac Mini (wired) could find the players without a problem
    • Mac Book pro (wireless) could not.

After starting up the Controller software it scans quickly and then the screen remains black with the BS logo. Reboot Mac nor BS system did solve it. I then reinstalled the software and it was solved. It appeared to be the BS software.

  • Hi MacLad

Please uninstall the App using Windows Control Panel or in MacOS, drag the App to the Trash from the Applications folder and empty the trash. This will remove a corrupt library that did not update correctly.

Please download a new fresh release from www.bluesound.com/downloads and install as if it was a new version.

This should resolve your issue long term

We do apologise for the inconvenience.

    Hi Tony,

I faced the same problem (BluOs controller show starting window and do not continue).

I followed your suggested procedure and refresh it by using your link.

    It still does not work.

Some background: I already have\had a Bluesound Node and Pulse Mini. I extended it this week with a Pulse 2i and next week I expect a NAD C658\C268. So you can imagine that I want to have this work.

What can I do about it.

    Thanks in advance.

Just following this thread (which I launched a long time ago). Just replaced the BluOs controller as recommended and it still doesn't work. I've given up on this a long time ago so it was a vain hope really. But anyway. Is this to do with 5Ghz v 2.4GHz??
