Sorted my problem out now. Down to certain characters not being accepted in the song title; artist; or album name.

    Hi Julian

Glad you resolve this - can you do us a favour and select 'Help, Send Support request' in the App suggesting what you changed. We will probably ask for a copy of the original unaltered metadata (or what characters were changed) so our Engineering team can correct this in the future?

    Thanks in advance

I'm having the same problem. Can you tell me what these certain characters are and whether they are in the filename of the song or in the meta data?

Hi, I’d need to check which specific characters were causing the issue as some time ago. I recall both were an issue. I’ll check this evening.

Hi, I can't find any details of which characters were at fault. From memory, I just went through my iTunes Music Folder and changed any album or artist name with non-standard characters. To be safe, I think I just changed them all (such as _ or @, etc.)

Sorry I can't be of more help. Thanks, Julian
