Ipad looses network connection when ripping

    The iPad is not loosing connection, but I understand why it appears that way. This is in fact a FAQ we here as we have seen in some cases during heavy ripping sessions that the VAULT does not timely respond to requests from the App so appears as if the VAULT no longer appears in the App as resources of the VAULT begin to peak during ripping/encoding multiple discs while Playing or serving music to other Players. As a result the VAULT 'blinks' in and out of the App.

    Admittedly, our engineering team has struggled with this for years but we continue to find the right mix to prevent this from happening.

    Rest assured, all is well and the VAULT returns to the App once things settle down.
