    I am escalating your issue to our Bluesound Support Crew - when you see the ticket request, please reply with the make and model of your router and any other networking equipment (such as repeaters or mesh systems).

    I have exactly the same problem. Player not present. I can't use my Node2 at all. I do not use Spotify, so no comments about that.

    Players not showing up in the App are usually a networking issue which is not easy to troubleshoot without a little more details about your environment. I have escalated your issue to our BluOS Support Crew. They will be in touch

    I can only speak for my situation when my phone or ipad cannot find a player.  Each time this happens I find the device (IOS) has connected to another channel of my router for wifi.  The current version of BluOS the Node and the IOS device have to be on thee same channel.  I change it to the same channel as the Node and its there.
