Playback from iTunes library not working
AnsweredHi, I have connected my Powernode 2 to my iTunes library (ripped CDs) but playback is only working when my MacBook is turned on and connected to the same network. On the Bluesound home page I read this " Access your downloads and your entire iTunes library – or any other USB NAS drive connected – all without ever turning on a computer".
When I try to access without the laptop turned on the app crashes, the player is disconnected (I have to reconnect again) and there is an error message stating something like "the directory is not found".
When I start up the laptop and reindex all music it works.
Does the computer need to be powered on contrary to what the marketing message says? Or have I misunderstood (networking illiterate).
