How can I get TV audio from a NAD T758v3 receiver to a Bluesound Pulse Soundbar?
AnsweredHi,
I have a NAD T758v3 receiver on loan until the NAD T777v3 will be available on February 20th.
I have TV connected via HDMI and want the audio from TV to be available on the Bluesound Pulse soundbar in the Kitchen.
How can that be done?
Thanks,
Wim

Hi Wim
I am going to escalate your issue to our BluOS Support Crew. They will be in touch.

Hi,
As I'm trying to achieve the same thing (using 2 Pulse 2i in another room as slaves of a NAD T758), I'm wondering if there is an answer to this question?

It did not work with the NAD T758v3 or the NAD T777v3.
I purchased a Node 2 that gets audio via Toslink from my cable TV box to the optical in from the Node 2.
I grouped the Node 2 with my Bluesound Pulse Soundbar in the Kitchen. Then I can select the Optial input which I renamed to TV audio in the Bluesound app.
It is not a cheap solution but it works perfectly.
Sometimes I have to briefly pause and start to get the lipsync perfect.

Thanks for your update Wim.
Indeed a very expensive solution, also because I already spend over €200 for the BlueOs upgrade/extension for the T758.
However I rather have some inside information from either NAD or Bluesound if this is possible or supported or not.
Can we expect a firmware update in the near future that will support BlueOs in both directions for the T758 or T758 alike devices?
