    Hi Michael

    I am very sorry to hear we are losing you as a consumer. I hope your experience will at least be a reminder to all about the need to backup your music collection. We do also hope you see the Vault's other capabilities as well.

    You can remove the cover; remove the hard drive; reseat the four ends of the two HD cables. Then reboot and Rebuild Index.

    I had the same problem and this fixed it.,

    You can replace the HD, but format to EXT4 first, using a utility.
