    Hi Hugo

    In More Music, please log out of TIDAL. Restart your Player by selecting Help, Diagnostics, Reboot. Once the Player returns to Ready Mode (Blue LED), please log back into TIDAL and try again. 

    If the issue persists after that, please select Help, Send Support request so we may view the Player Log.
