    Hi Marcel

    Please unplug all Bluesound Players and power down the NAD C368. Please then place your smart phone or tablet controlling all Bluesound Player in Airplane mode. Unplug your router for 30 seconds then plug it back in. Wait 5 minutes and power everything up again then take your phone out of Airplane Mode.

    If the problem persists, please select Help, Send Support Request so we may see the log files and troubleshoot further.

    Hi Tony, thank you for your quick response. It turned out that just unplugging the router, wait for 30 seconds and plug it back in was the solution to the problem. I am very happy that everything works well again.
