PROBLEM WITH HOME WIFI WITH JUST ONE OF MY PLAYERS
AnsweredPlease bare with me but I'm and "old guy" (77) and not very good with networking.....
Anyway to my problem. We have 6 Bluesound players (plus the vault) in the home. Home is a ranch type (66 x 44). The Comcast cable modem is set up at the East end of the house and have a Netgrear WiFi extender located right about in the middle of the house (good wifi connection according to the status light). All players work well except for one which is about 20ft from the WiFi extender. Have tried to reset the player back to factory settings twice now. Process seems to go as it should, player staus light turns blue as it should but cannot see it on my Ipad, Iphone or desktop computer (connected with a lan cable). Does not play any songs using the start/stop button on the top of the player either. Wondering what else I should do next? Any help would be appreciated.
