NAD M33 loses language setting with BluOS 4.12.11
AnsweredMy NAD M33 has lost its language settings since upgrading to BluOS 4.12.11. The language can be changed, but after turning it back on (from standby), it reverts to British English.

Hi Beedu,
In the same page that you check language settings for the NAD M33, please click on BluOS upgrade, this will reinstall the BluOS firmware on your NAD M33. If issue persists, please reach out to our support crew by sending us a support request using the BluOS app or sending us an email to support@nadelectronics.com. -
Hi Mark T.
Thank you for this hint. The firmware was downloaded again and the installation was very quick. Therefore, I don't think anything was actually reinstalled. Unfortunately the issue wasn't fixed.
It's not a big problem and I can use the device in English, but I think it's a bug.
@Community: Does no one else have this problem?

Hi Beedu,
I have the same problem. After uprade and reinstall the firmware, I changed the language again, reboot and the NAD changed back to English.

Hi Beedu,
I got an answer. Summary: Support had replicated the problem. Maybe there is a fix for it with next firmware update...
