N331 Issues after 1st Week

Equipment N331, Pulse Subwoofer, KEF front&center speakers, Flex 2i rear speakers, 2023 Sony tv I upgraded the Powernode to N331. Fantastic Dolby Sound. We feel like we are in the theater. Sporting events are great. Anything with 5.1 dolby surround sounds especially good with HDMI eARC. I am on a whole new home theater N331 learning curve and very frustrating to say the least. Here are 3 issues I am having: (1) when I pause play on the Sony tv DVR and then press play the HDMI connection fails and the Bluesound plays loud clicking and buzzing noise. I have to go through a bunch of hoops to reset the sound system to get it to work on HDMI again. I have a Sony soundbar with subwoofer that I used previously and this issue did not occur. (2) players have lost connection and I have done multiple factory resets (I am now an expert at factory resets) (3) Amazon music randomly stops working. I used to have this problem with SiriusXM when I used the Powernode. But it did not occur on the Powernode when using Amazon.
