    I experience the same issues on my NAD C399 MDC Module. It's very frustrating! Submitted another ticket yesterday, no answer yet!

    So it has been two months and I have patiently lodged three separate fault finding tickets and despite switching to an Ethernet connection with a high speed internet plan the Node X still will not stream Qobuz using Qobuz Connect. On two of the tickets I was told it may require a firmware update as the problem is still there after factory resets and trying everything suggested. Can Bluesound please provide useful feedback…will they provide a working Qobuz Connect feature? Should I give up and look elsewhere noting the HEOS connection in a Marantz AV processor works just fine with Qobuz Connect on my network so it must be a bluesound issue. Is a firmware update coming?

    I have reviewed your request history. Please send an updated Support Request with a newer log file (attached automatically) so our Support Crew can review the latest results, as we are not seeing widespread issues and would like to investigate further.
