Is ther a way to test the BluOS app without Bluesound hardware?

  BluOS software is on Bluesound, NAD and other select hi-fi equipment. The BluOS App is a remote control for the software installed on the Players themselves. Without BluOS, the BluOS App has nothing to demonstrate.
