Amazon Music server erreor

I keep getting invalid session ID when trying to access amazom music unlimited I have tried restarting everything, un-installing and reinstallng Amazom, allowing access, etc.  Still the same.  My neighbor set hers up, no problem.  No idea what the issue is.
