HDMI ARC Audio sporadic after last update

After the last software update to the Node I am having to repeatedly power cycle my Apple TV (and thereby the TV) to get the Node to output audio. It had been reliable for a long time before that. I hope this is on your radar. Thank you.
It does eventually play sound after some number of power cycling.

I have had a similar problem with my NAD M10. It was working fine yesterday but now just freezes after about 30 seconds from switch on which is set to come on automatically when I switch on the TV (eARC). I've now requested help as its not functioning at all.

Forced a factory reset on the M10 and now working OK.
