Subwoofer uncontrollable bass since last update

I have called the customer support about my 2 subwoofers (one connected to Pulse  and the other is connected to my Soundbar+ and awaiting for an update to fix the bass problems

 

Has anyone encounter the same problem with way too much bass since update?
