    Hello,

after more than a month of testing, the problem unfortunately persists.

This problem started on the exact day of the last Bluesound update. It never happened before. And it happens only on Bluesound device (not on bluetooth headphones, not on my phone, not on Adroid car).

Spotify lossless playback quality - one song plays, the next one has no sound. And it doesn't matter if I'm listening only on the Bluesound soundbar or on the home theater system. This problem also occurs with Tidal, but only rarely.

I usually use my android phone, but i also tried to use PC, and iPhone with same results - losing sound in the next song.

    From this morning:

Spotify plays on home theater group with no sound

Same time, same song, on Bluos loading (with no sound)

I thought that the following had an effect, bit it didn´t:

    - clearing the cache (I would have to clear it every 5 minutes and it's not certain that it would help)
    - not using Bluetooth devices in the vicinity (proven wrong)

The IMPROVEMENT comes when the Bluesound speakers are unplugged for about an hour. Then it works for about an hour - but not the next day.

I plan to buy a new router as soon as possible (my current one has a 2.5 GHz frequency band, maybe 5 GHz will help).

You fixed the dropouts on the two rear channels (thanks for that), but since then, the sound drops out when listening to Spotify Lossless (very often) or even Tidal (rarely, but it does happen).

Any suggestions on what might help?

    Thanks for any ideas
