VAULT lags with their latest upgrade?
AnsweredInstalled the new upgrade. Excited to see a new feature, queue builder, which was an old feature that everyone complained about being taken away a couple of years ago. Anyway, it now seems like the vault is super unstable and any attempt to reorganise or edit the queue results in a restart of the player. Artwork is super laggy, and it just seems slow.

Hi Andrew
The issue you are seeing can often be created by a corrupt entry in your router's Network Address Translation table. You can clear your router cache by rebooting your router, wait 5 minutes, then reboot your VAULT, wait 5 more minutes and relaunch the app.
Once the App has restarted, please select Settings, Diagnostics, Rebuild Index. Once the index has been completed (LED returns to blue) go ahead and try again.
If you are then still having issues, our Support Crewwill be happy to help. They will however need a log file which you can send them by selecting Settings, Send Support Request in the App.

That didn't fix it. I swear it's the upgrade. It's always the upgrade.
