Hi,

Can I use the MDC2 on my nad c3050 to connect with my vault 1 directly with an ethernet cable?

Can i then use the wifi and my app to control the vault? Or do I need to use to connect the vault directly to my router with a cable and operate the vault from there?

  Yes the VAULT must be connected to your home router and does not support peer-to-peer networking. Consider a media bridge or powerline adapter. Your local computer store can assist with product recommendations here.
