Full frequencies on sub and speakers for Dirac

Hi, I have Node Icon connected to active speakers and active sub. Only option i see on Iphone controller to turn on sub and and adjust crossover. I've got quite poor result after measuring and adjusting full frequencies with Dirac live - almost no base. Then I wrote to Dirac support how to properly set up the sub before measuring and got such answer: "The general rule is to put the settings to the default position. And if there is a crossover/filter setting for the subwoofer(s) please set it to let all frequencies pass through. No cutoffs." So how to do that with Icon when we don't have such controls? As I understand crossover will cut frequencies or from sub or from speakers. At least with Wiim I had such possibility, don't you think it is must have function?
