Bluesound Node Icon output switching fixed volume issue

Basically, when I use the Node Icon, I use the digital outputs to my DAC. Lately, especially when I switch from Optical to USB or Coax to USB, my Node Icon just will not go to fixed volume and sometimes in the app it won’t even give me the option. My only fix is to hit reset all many times until the app actually goes fixed volume for USB DAC mode. It feels like a pretty egregious bug in the app. Are there any plans to fixing this?

    Not sure why you are switching between COAX and USB, but check your Audio Settings. When using USB, it is always fixed. When you select COAX, you must select FIXED OUTPUT. Disconnect your USB DAC, select Settings, Diagnostics, Reboot. Once The ICON has rebooted, set your Audi Settings to FIXED OUTPUT and play some content through COAX. You can then reconnect your USB DAC. Just a reminder, when a USB DAC is connected, all other outputs are disabled.

    If problems persists, please select Settings, Send Support Request so our Support Crew may review your log file and

    I was just checking which inputs were best on my new DAC, to answer your question. And yes, the reboot worked. It’s just frustrating for fixed volume to not be applied when I switch to USB DAC. But thank you for your advice.
