Node Icon Crashing and Rebooting
AnsweredYesterday I started experiencing regular crashes to my Node Icon. Nothing has changed with the setup. I have it on my computer setup with a USB input. Connected via Wifi through my 5GHz connection. Wifi is always rock-solid.
It happens once every ~30 minutes to 1 hr. It'll cut audio, give a red light, restart with a flashing green light as it reconnects to wifi, and then switch to solid blue.
I've tried rebooting the device and I've tried power- cycling. No luck.

My node icon has just come out of its box, so it's brand new, but it has exactly the same problem!
It reboots on its own. The sound cuts out, a red light comes on, then a flashing green light comes on again to reconnect to Ethernet, then a steady blue light comes on.
So the problem is with both Wi-Fi and Ethernet!
I find this totally unacceptable for a new product.
And it's not a network problem, as all my other devices work perfectly (Wiim Ultra, Wiim Pro).

Hey! Mine did resolve with a simple factory reset. Hope it works for you! I haven't had one crash in 10 days.

Mine is still repeatedly re-booting despite you asking me to activate the troubleshooting logging option via the network access. I’m running out of patience as this happened 7 times yesterday whilst trying to enjoy exactly what I bought it for. Unless a solution is found, I’ll be returning it and asking for a full refund.
