Look for an update to BluOS 4.12.x, which will address Spotify Lossless metadata issues, amongst some other features.
We are planning to release BluOS 4.12.x on Tuesday, September 23rd. Start looking for the upgrade prompt mid-Tuesday morning Eastern Canadian Time (+5 GMT).

I also experience the same problem on the M33. Waited ages for the upgrade from Spotify, couldn't leave it for another streaming service though. Finally it's here.......artwork gone, haha. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon. Glad to find out I'm not the only one.

The Pulse Flex 2i got the update to 4.12.4 but my M10v2 (which needs it) on the same network did not. Should I expect that?

Hi Thomas
Our apologies... we are currently chasing a problem with our friends at NAD regarding an issue in BluOS which is holding it up on their 2 channel products. Please follow this thread for updates on that situation; https://support1.bluesound.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/35149000861591
We do apolgise for this holding up your enjoyment of Qobuz Connect and Spotify Lossless.
