    Hi Larry, have you tried a reboot using the BluOS app?

    I have noted that it can take a while after a CD is ripped before it appears, especially if the Vault is busy ripping and playing back music.

    Best to log a support ticket if a reboot did not help, in the BluOS app, please navigate to Settings and under Help & Support select “Send Support Request” this sends to logs to support who will then get in touch with you.

    I discovered that the CDs that do not appear in the app are in fact on the vault. When I look at the “Music” folder of the vault on my iMac “network” the albums appear there. It is only when I do a full re-index (settings/diagnostics/rebuild index) on the bluesound app that they appear.
    When I continue to burn CDs, this problem continues to happen, even though I’ve re-indexed the vault. Some CDs appear and some do not. The only way I can see and play these albums is if I do another re-index.
