Qobuz or BluOS Controller?
AnsweredTwo recent episodes streaming have me concerned.
First incident: I was streaming music on Qobuz from my Andoid Phone (Version 4.10.0). My phone went below 20% Battery while streaming and I was no longer able to play anything on my NAD C658. Once the last song ended, silence on ALL inputs including analog. I kept getting a popup warning in the app that there was a problem with the content. I assumed that there was a bad packet of data sent to the Preamp so I gave up for the night. I unplugged the Preamp the next day and rebooted it and everything seemed to play normal until . . .
Second Incident: I was streaming a playlist on Qobuz through the BluOS App and enjoying a good listening session. When it came to the last song on my playlist, the sound was badly distorted. It was like overmodulation (heavy "blats" on every beat). I tried to switch songs and see if the sound noise would clear but no joy. I switch to an Optical input and the distortion/noise was gone. Why would the last song on a playlist trigger this? Why on Qobuz?
Unless my NAD is failing (let's hope not), I can only think that somehow bad data is being sent to the player.

Hi Chris
Both situations suggest a problem with the tracks selected but in order to confirm this or find another possible cause, our Support Crew would like to see ht log file from your C658. Please select Settings, Send Support Request in the App and let them know the issue you had.
When receiving the request this way we can view the log and provide a better answer. Our Support Crew will be in touch via direct e-mail after reviewing the log.
