BlueSound NODE2 issue

I got up this morning and my Bluesound NODE2 LED's were red and not seen with my ipad
I unplugged the device for 1 minute no change. There is no network activity but all other devices on that switch are good. I changed ports on the switch anyways/
Don't feel it's a network problem I'm feeling more a firmware failure
I just get solid LED's on the unit
I don't want to do a reset at this point
