Cannot find Bluesound Node 2 or connect directly via WiFi

Node 2 worked fine until a week ago. My other older node is still connected and working perfectly. Tried getting the Node 2 in wifi mode. After several factory resets it finally gets to the solid green thus wifi mode. I select the device as a wifi network but unfortunately can't connect (spinning wheel iPhone). Also tried the desktop app. When the device is in wifi mode, i open the app but it says it can't find a player. I have the also connected ethernet direct to router but still not discoverable. Help!
