Connection issues home theater setup
AnsweredHi all,
currently I am using a soundbar+ (connected to TV with HDMI earc) and two pulse m as a home theater setup (all connected via wifi to network). The issue I observe is some kind of "connection loss" of the rear speakers after random time (sometimes 2min, sometimes 30min). In the BluOS app the hometheater group is still visible, but there is no sound from the pulse m speakers anymore. Sometimes its fixable if I change the source of sound from HDMI earc to music streaming for example but most of the time I need to reboot the speakers or even need to factory reset them.
The connection of the speakers is something around 65dbm and should not be an issue (also marked green in BluOS app).
I am using BluOS app on android if this is important. Looking forward to hear a solution soon!
Best Regards
Robin

Hi Robin
We have seen this in some cases due to the timing aspects of the rear channels in a difficult environment. It is not related to netowkr as can happen in wired environments as well. Try disabling Spatial Audio in the App and see if that improves performance; https://support1.bluesound.com/hc/en-us/articles/31636413686295
